What November Has Taught Me

As water flows into fire, November taught me the healing joy of a gentle simmer; the soothing pleasure of a hot spring. The ability to hold the opposites in tension and gratitude. November has taught me that 21 months is too long to be disconnected from the world and that the best medicine is found sweating amongst the trees. It has taught me patience and persistence… making sure I understand the way the energy can flow between the two. November has taught me to honor my trauma and speak my truth, and that continuing to heal myself is how I can best hold space for you. November has held me in its cool embrace, challenged me to move on health and to pursue creative passions. Thank you, November.
